Ray Hotel Buriram

The spacious room was perfect for my family, including my niece. We enjoyed the nice pool area and the mix of Thai and Western food during breakfast. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the good service. Plus, it wasn't far from the local attractions.

My wife says that improving the air conditioning in the rooms would enhance comfort for families.

Quick check-in, excellant employees. Free parking on site provided. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around. Particularly good location in a slum area, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Buriram centre;))

Positive, The studio apartment we stayed in was great, located on the ground floor. The pool was clean and perfect. The super nice team and arranged an English-speaking driver for our local excursions. Definitely felt at home during our 3-night stay 😊

The room was spacious and came with a safe, two free bottles of water, and a clean bathroom with great water pressure. The buffet breakfast included both Thai and Western options. They had a nice coffee machine and an egg station. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, a great size with sun loungers that caught the sun all day. The location, while slightly removed from the center, was only about a 10-minute walk to town, which worked well for me. The staff were particularly friendly. They provided good service and even offered a shuttle option. I did face a couple of issues. There were no English language TV channels, disappointing, and one morning, I noticed a wall socket blown that left my room in darkness for a while. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly, but it disrupted my convenience. I felt it was a great value choice for a stay in Buriram, despite the room issues.

An annoying wall socket blew a fuse, plunging my room into darkness without any follow-up!!! Room allocation lacked attention, as my view was obstructed. Improve these issues!!!

The pool was excellent, but the gym was cramped and outdated.

I appreciated the friendly check-in experience and the spacious room that had all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and convenient as I explored the nearby Khao Kradong Forest Park, less than 7 km away, perfect for leisurely weekend strolls, and I loved being only about 2 km from the fascinating Buri Ram Northeast Culture Center that showcases the local heritage.

Utilize the Grab taxi service for navigating the area, as public transport options are limited.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff were polite and professional. I was disappointed with the allocated ground-floor room that lacked a view. A wall socket blew a fuse, leaving me without electricity for hours while an electrician attempted to fix it. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the smoking salmon bagels were a highlight, but the limited entertainment options with no English channels diminished my experience. A clean pool was visible from my room, yet these issues overshadowed the positives.
